Statutes > Nevada > Title-39 > Chapter-433 > Use-of-restraints-and-interventions > 433-547433.547 “Mechanical restraint” defined. “Mechanical restraint” means the use of devices, including, without limitation, mittens, straps, restraint chairs, handcuffs, belly chains and four-point restraints to limit a person’s movement or hold a person immobile.
