439B.280  Educational program to promote wellness, physical fitness and prevention of disease and accidents.  The major hospitals shall sponsor an educational program to promote wellness, physical fitness and the prevention of disease and accidents. The program must be:

1.  Administered and carried out by the participating hospitals; and

2.  Approved by the Director.
