439B.280 Ā Educational program to promote wellness, physical fitness and prevention of disease and accidents. Ā The major hospitals shall sponsor an educational program to promote wellness, physical fitness and the prevention of disease and accidents. The program must be:

1. Ā Administered and carried out by the participating hospitals; and

2. Ā Approved by the Director.
