440.590 Â Records of interments.
1. Â Each sexton or person in charge of any burial ground shall keep a record of all interments made in the premises under his or her charge, stating:
(a) The name of the deceased person.
(b) The place of death.
(c) The date of burial.
(d) The name and address of the funeral director.
2. Â The record must be open to public inspection at all times.
