440.775 - Injunction against sale for profit of copy of certificate of marriage.
1. Â Any person who violates or proposes to violate the provisions of NRS 440.773 may be enjoined by any court of competent jurisdiction.
2. Â Actions for injunction under this section may be prosecuted:
(a) By the Attorney General or any district attorney in this State; or
(b) Upon the complaint of the State Registrar or any county recorder or any county clerk that is authorized to file certificates of marriage.

NRS 440.780 Â Violation of chapter or regulations of Board. Â Every person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or refusing or neglecting to obey any lawful order, rule or regulation of the Board shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
