441A.640 Ā Evaluation teams: Establishment; composition; fees.

1. Ā The Health Division shall establish such evaluation teams as are necessary to aid the courts under NRS 441A.630 and 441A.700.

2. Ā Each team must be composed of at least two physicians, or at least one physician and one physician assistant licensed pursuant to chapter 630 or 633 of NRS.

3. Ā Fees for the evaluations must be established and collected as set forth in NRS 441A.650.
