441A.650 Ā Proceedings held in county where persons to conduct examination are available; expense of proceedings paid by county.

1. Ā In counties where the examining personnel required pursuant to NRS 441A.630 are not available, proceedings for involuntary court-ordered isolation or quarantine shall be conducted in the nearest county having such examining personnel available in order that there be minimum delay.

2. Ā The entire expense of proceedings for involuntary court-ordered isolation or quarantine shall be paid by the county in which the application is filed.
