442.265 Ā Hospital to submit monthly report to State Registrar of Vital Statistics. Ā Each hospital shall submit a monthly report to the State Registrar of Vital Statistics which contains the following information:

1. Ā The number of patients admitted for hospital care for a complication which resulted from an abortion;

2. Ā The nature of the complication by its diagnostic name; and

3. Ā The type of abortion.
