442.620  “Rapid test for the human immunodeficiency virus” and “rapid test” defined.  “Rapid test for the human immunodeficiency virus” or “rapid test” means a test that:

      1.  Is used to detect the presence of antibodies to the human immunodeficiency virus; and

      2.  Provides a result in 30 minutes or less.
