445A.890  Systems constructed after June 30, 1991: Preliminary requests for comments.  Before making the finding specified in NRS 445A.910 and before making the determinations specified in NRS 244.3655, 268.4102 and 445A.895, the Division shall request comments from the:

1.  Public Utilities Commission of Nevada;

2.  State Engineer;

3.  Local government within whose jurisdiction the water system is located; and

4.  Owner of the water system.
