449.2465 Ā Persons entitled to results of tests performed at laboratory regarding patient of rural hospital. Ā The following persons are entitled to access the results of tests performed at a licensed laboratory regarding a patient of a rural hospital:

1. Ā The patient;

2. Ā The physician who ordered the tests; and

3. Ā A provider of health care who is currently treating or providing assistance in the treatment of the patient.
