449.248  Additional services to be provided by agency to provide nursing in home.  An agency to provide nursing in the home shall, in addition to skilled nursing, provide at least one of the following services:

1.  Speech or occupational therapy;

2.  Guidance regarding nutrition or vocations;

3.  Physical therapy;

4.  Pharmaceutical services; or

5.  Other social or medical services.
