450B.235  Filing and maintenance of schedule of rates.

1.  Each public and private owner of an ambulance or air ambulance shall file his or her schedule of rates with the health authority. Any change in a schedule must be filed before the change becomes effective.

2.  The health authority shall keep each schedule of rates or changes filed with it for at least 3 years after the schedule has been superseded or otherwise become ineffective.
