450B.030  “Air ambulance” defined.  “Air ambulance” means an aircraft especially designed, constructed, modified or equipped to be used for the transportation of injured or sick persons. “Air ambulance” does not include any commercial aircraft carrying passengers on regularly scheduled flights.
