450B.840  Operation of ambulance or fire-fighting agency by county or city subject to provisions of chapter.  No county or city may operate an ambulance or contract to have another operate an ambulance or provide for the operation of a fire-fighting agency in violation of this chapter or the regulations adopted under this chapter.
