Statutes > Nevada > Title-40 > Chapter-450 > County-hospital-districts > 450-630450.630 General powers and duties of board of trustees; rules and regulations. The board of trustees shall:
1. Carry out the spirit and intent of NRS 450.550 to 450.750, inclusive, in establishing and maintaining a hospital in each district created pursuant to NRS 450.550 to 450.750, inclusive.
2. Make and adopt bylaws, rules and regulations:
(a) For its own guidance and the government of any such hospital; and
(b) Fixing the charges for treatment of patients.
