Statutes > Nevada > Title-40 > Chapter-459 > Disposal-of-hazardous-waste > 459-440459.440 “Manifest” defined. “Manifest” means a document used to identify hazardous waste during its transportation from between any two of the points of generation, storage, treatment and disposal, and specifying the quantity, composition, origin, route and destination of the waste.
