459.727  Provisions inapplicable to transportation by governmental vehicle.  Except as otherwise required by federal law, the provisions of NRS 459.7052 to 459.728, inclusive, and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto do not apply to the transportation of a hazardous material by any vehicle which is owned and operated by the Federal Government, this State or any political subdivision of this State.
