463B.140  Disposition of certain securities does not affect supervisor.  Except as provided in NRS 463B.220, 463B.230 and 463B.240, any sale, assignment, transfer, pledge or other disposition of any securities issued by a former or suspended licensee while a supervisor is appointed does not divest or otherwise affect the powers of the supervisor.
