463B.075  Hearing upon suspension of license regarding appointment of supervisor; notice.  The Commission shall hold a hearing within 15 days after the suspension of a license pursuant to NRS 463.311 regarding the appointment of a supervisor. The Commission shall notify the licensee of the meeting and afford the licensee the opportunity to be heard concerning the appointment.
