466.151 Â Limitation on commissions deducted by licensee from pari-mutuel wagering; other deductions in paying bets.
1. Â The commissions deducted by any licensee from pari-mutuel wagering on racing must not exceed 20 percent of the gross amount of money handled in each pari-mutuel pool operated by the licensee during the period of the license.
2. Â In addition to the commissions provided for in subsection 1, the licensee may deduct odd cents less than 10 cents per dollar in paying bets.
