477.174  “Agent” defined. [Effective June 3, 2010, and expires by limitation on the date upon which a federal law establishing standards for fire-safe cigarettes becomes effective.]  “Agent” means a person authorized by the Department of Taxation to purchase and affix Nevada cigarette revenue stamps to packages of cigarettes.
