477.212  Submission of written report by State Fire Marshal. [Effective June 3, 2010, and expires by limitation on the date upon which a federal law establishing standards for fire-safe cigarettes becomes effective.]  On or before January 30 of each odd-numbered year, the State Fire Marshal shall submit to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmittal to the next regular session of the Legislature a written report concerning the effectiveness of the provisions of NRS 477.172 to 477.214, inclusive, and any recommendations for legislation to improve the effectiveness of NRS 477.172 to 477.214, inclusive.
