487.440 Ā Applicant to furnish information concerning place of business. Ā Before issuing a license to an operator of a salvage pool, the Department shall require that the applicant furnish proof that:

1. Ā The applicant will conduct business from a permanent enclosed building which the applicant owns or has leased;

2. Ā The business will be located on at least one-half of an acre of ground; and

3. Ā The site for the business will be surrounded by a screened fence at least 6 feet high.
