489.357 Â License not to be used by person other than to whom issued; disciplinary action.
1. Â A license issued pursuant to this chapter must not be used for any purpose by any person other than the person to whom the license is issued.
2. Â The holder of such a license shall not assign, transfer or otherwise authorize the use of the license by any other person.
3. Â In addition to any other remedy or penalty authorized pursuant to this chapter, if the holder of a license violates any provision of this section, the violation is cause for the automatic cancellation and revocation of the license.
