489.441 Ā Hearings before Administrator.

1. Ā The applicant or licensee may, within 30 days after receipt of the notice of denial or complaint, petition the Administrator in writing for a hearing.

2. Ā Upon filing the petition, a date for hearing must be fixed, which must be within 30 days after the date on which the petition was filed.

3. Ā Within 20 days after the hearing, the Administrator shall make written findings of fact and conclusions.
