489.5965  Issuance of certificate of installation or label of installation without completing training program prohibited.  No person may issue a certificate of installation or label of installation for a manufactured home or mobile home unless the person has successfully completed, within the preceding 12 months, a training program conducted pursuant to NRS 489.596.

NRS 489.597  Administrator required to adopt regulations.  The Administrator shall adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of NRS 489.593 to 489.5965, inclusive.
