504.310 - License: Application; issuance; fee.
1. Â Before being entitled to the benefits of any commercial or private shooting preserve, the owner or proprietor thereof must make application to the Department. The application must set forth:
(a) The name and location of the shooting preserve.
(b) A legal description of the area included in the preserve.
(c) A statement whether the preserve is to be a commercial or private preserve.
(d) If the application is for a commercial shooting preserve, a statement of fees that are to be collected for the privilege of shooting on the preserve.
2. Â If, after investigation, the Department is satisfied that the tract is suitable for the purpose, and that the establishment of such a preserve will not conflict with the public interest, the Department may issue a commercial or private shooting preserve license upon the payment of a license fee as provided in NRS 502.240.
