528.047  Logging permit: Suspension and revocation.  Any logging permit may be suspended or revoked for any of the following reasons:

1.  Failure to comply with:

(a) The forest practice rules or regulations;

(b) The conditions of the permit;

(c) The original logging plan; or

(d) Any accepted alternate logging plan.

2.  Refusal to allow any inspection by the State Forester Firewarden or the agent of the State Forester Firewarden.

3.  Inadequate performance bond.
