Statutes > Nevada > Title-48 > Chapter-532 > 532-100532.100 Expenses. The State Engineer may purchase such material and incur such expenses for traveling and other purposes as may be necessary for the proper conduct and maintenance of the Office of the State Engineer, to be paid from the moneys which may be appropriated for such purposes from time to time, as other state claims are paid.
