533.387  Inapplicability of certain provisions to conveyance of shares of stock in ditch company.  The provisions of NRS 533.382 to 533.386, inclusive, do not apply to the conveyance of shares of stock in a ditch company which owns:

1.  An application or permit to appropriate any of the public waters;

2.  A certificate of appropriation;

3.  An adjudicated or unadjudicated water right; or

4.  An application or permit to change the place of diversion, manner of use or place of use of water.
