535.005  Chapter does not authorize use of state land without authorization from State Land Registrar.  Nothing in this chapter authorizes a person to use any state land administered by the Division of State Lands of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources without the appropriate authorization for such a use from the State Land Registrar.
