538.470 Duties of Attorney General. The Attorney General or the person whom the Attorney General may appoint shall aid and assist the commissioners appointed for the State of Nevada whenever necessary in order to facilitate their work in carrying out the intent and purpose of NRS 538.420 to 538.520, inclusive.
