539.623 Ā Form of bonds.

1. Ā Bonds shall express on their faces that they were issued by the authority of this chapter and shall also state the number of the issue of which the bonds are a part.

2. Ā Bonds shall be signed by the president and the secretary, and the seal of the district shall be affixed thereto.

3. Ā Interest coupons shall be attached to the bonds, which coupons shall be signed by the secretary.
