539.275 Ā Provisions includable in contract. Ā The board of directors may enter into obligations or contracts with the United States for the purposes designated in NRS 539.273, and may provide therein:

1. Ā For the delivery and distribution of water to the lands of such district under the Acts of Congress specified in NRS 539.270 and the rules and regulations established thereunder.

2. Ā For the conveyance to the United States, as partial consideration for the privileges obtained by the district under the contract, of water rights or other property of the district.
