Statutes > Nevada > Title-48 > Chapter-539 > Dissolution > 539-753539.753 Contents of petition. The petition shall recite only:
1. That such district was organized.
2. The date of organization and that it now exists.
3. That the petitioners desire that an election be called to determine the question of dissolution by a vote of the electors.
