541.330  Board may enter into contracts relative to payments to be made to United States.  To pay for construction, operation, and maintenance of works and expenses preliminary and incidental thereto, the board is authorized to enter into a contract or contracts with the United States or any agency thereof, providing for payment therefor in installments or otherwise.
