Statutes > Nevada > Title-49 > Chapter-555 > Custom-application-of-pesticides > 555-2645555.2645 “Ground equipment” defined. “Ground equipment” means any machine or device (other than aircraft) for use on land or water, designed for, or adaptable to, use in applying pesticides as sprays, dusts, aerosols or fogs, or in other forms.
