Statutes > Nevada > Title-49 > Chapter-555 > Custom-application-of-pesticides > 555-2655555.2655 “Nematode” defined. “Nematode” means invertebrate animals of the phylum nemathelminthes and class nematoda, that is, unsegmented round worms with elongated, fusiform, or sac-like bodies covered with cuticle, and inhabiting soil, water, plants or plant parts, also called nemas or eelworms.
