62C.220 Ā Report by probation officer concerning cases involving informal supervision. Ā Upon the request of the juvenile court, a probation officer shall file with the juvenile court a report of:

1. Ā The number of children placed under informal supervision during the previous year;

2. Ā The conditions imposed in each case; and

3. Ā The number of cases that were successfully completed without the filing of a petition.
