561.209 Management of activities pertaining to brands and marks and brand inspection. The Director shall appoint a person to manage the activities of the Department relating to brands and marks and brand inspection in the State of Nevada. The person must be appointed on the basis of merit and is in the unclassified service of the State. The Director may remove the person from office with the approval of the Board.
