561.235  Offices: Location, establishment and maintenance.

      1.  The Department shall maintain a principal office and may maintain district or branch offices throughout the State if they are necessary for the efficient operation of the Department.

      2.  The Director shall select the location of those offices and may enter into such leases or other agreements as may be necessary to establish them. The leases or agreements must be executed in cooperation with the Buildings and Grounds Division of the Department of Administration and in accordance with the provisions of NRS 331.110.
