565.155 - Enforcement of chapter.
565.155 Ā Enforcement of chapter. Ā In addition to enforcing the provisions of this chapter through its inspectors, the Department may:
1. Ā Authorize other peace officers to enforce the provisions of this chapter; and
2. Ā Adopt regulations specifying the procedures for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter by the inspectors of the Department and other peace officers.
