581.510 Ā Meetings; quorum; officers.

1. Ā The Council shall meet as its president deems necessary.

2. Ā Four members of the Council constitute a quorum.

3. Ā The members of the Council shall elect a President, a Vice President, an Executive Secretary and a Treasurer.
