581.377 Ā Misrepresentation of price prohibited. Ā A person shall not:

1. Ā Misrepresent the price of any commodity or service sold, or offered, exposed or advertised for sale, by weight, measure or count; or

2. Ā Misrepresent the price of such a commodity or service in any manner calculated or tending to mislead or in any way to deceive a person.
