581.075  Fees.  The State Sealer of Weights and Measures may establish:

1.  A schedule of fees for any tests of weighing and measuring devices that the State Sealer of Weights and Measures determines to be necessary.

2.  An annual fee for the issuance of a certificate of registration pursuant to NRS 581.103.

3.  An annual license fee for all commercial weighing and measuring equipment.
