581.075 Ā Fees. Ā The State Sealer of Weights and Measures may establish:

1. Ā A schedule of fees for any tests of weighing and measuring devices that the State Sealer of Weights and Measures determines to be necessary.

2. Ā An annual fee for the issuance of a certificate of registration pursuant to NRS 581.103.

3. Ā An annual license fee for all commercial weighing and measuring equipment.
