582.200 Ā Measurement practices and equipment. Ā A public weighmaster shall only use measurement practices and equipment:

1. Ā In accordance with the provisions of this chapter and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto; and

2. Ā That have been examined, tested and approved for use by an authorized employee of the Division.
