583.448 Ā Authorization by State Health Officer for person to act as inspector. Ā The Officer may:

1. Ā Enter into a contract with a person to perform the duties of an inspector.

2. Ā Authorize the owner or operator of an official establishment to act as an inspector for ante mortem and postmortem inspections.
