587.033  “Grower’s or tree seedsman’s declaration” defined.  “Grower’s or tree seedsman’s declaration” is a statement signed by the grower or tree seedsman giving, for a lot of seed, the lot number, the kind and variety, species and subspecies for tree and shrub seed, origin and weight.
